No — you do not need to report IBAN or account number changes to Softpay.
Softpay functions purely as a payment terminal solution. We do not handle, process, or settle funds directly. Because of this, any changes to bank account details (such as IBAN or account number updates) only need to be reported to and processed by your acquirer.
As long as the acquirer has the correct information, your payments will continue to be processed as expected.
