Your network setup must be configured to allow Softpay app access to:
- api.softpayapp.io on port 443
- googleapis.com on port 443
If Softpay app cannot reach Softpay online services, try the following variations:
- switch off device WiFi and use cellular only (4G, 5G, etc.) and try again in Softpay.
- switch on device WiFi and switch cellular off and try again in Softpay.
- Verify whether you can open https://api.softpayapp.io/api-gateway/v1/public in the browser on device. If succesful the page will show some tech mumbo jumbo like {"requestId":"....etc.

If you are testing in our Sandbox you must also allow access to
- api.sandbox.softpay.io:443
